Customers say
Customers find the UPS works well, is reasonably priced, and appreciate its compact design that fits under desks and in tight spaces. The device is easy to install, with one customer noting they can set up their computer to automatically shut down during power outages. While some customers describe it as heavy-duty, others find it unreliable, and many report issues with random computer shutdowns and loud beeping at night. The lifespan receives mixed reviews, with some units failing after 5 months of use.
