Why can’t it be unlocked or locked?

There are two main reasons. Firstly, it was not installed correctly. Please carefully check the installation manual; Secondly, the unlocking direction setting is incorrect. Please set the correct unlocking direction in the app.

Does this support 5G network?

It does not support 5G. Compared with 2.4G, 5G has higher power consumption, weaker penetration ability, and its connection stability is not as good as that of 2.4G.

Can I lock the door manually when I am outside ？

Yes, you need to press * for 2 seconds to lock.
